The Creative Industry needs the right ENABLERS, FACILITATORS & CONNECTORS to succeed Globally-Enock Agyepong
When the creative industry or system is wrong the few individuals benefit from it but when it is fixed the masses & entire country benefits immensely.
In order to get it fixed we need to stop trying hard to fix square pegs into round holes and go for the right round pegs to fit in the round holes.
One of the Members of Focap Mr Agyepong speaking on Angel fm over the weekend on an entertainment show hosted by Prince Dadzie said industry professionals like the Bola Ray’s, Abeku Santana, Rudy Kwakye and a few others have done it before for the industry and today they’re in a better position to make it work better.
They took a backseat to protect their brands from the hostile nature of our industry and all we need to do as an industry is to provide a conducive environment with Respect as the key ingredient to enable these Professionals work for the benefit of industry and the next generation.
We can’t continue doing things haphazardly and expect the industry to grow.
The Template is there and it must be applied to benefit the next generation.
