R2Bees, the popular music duo made up of Omar Sterling and Mugeez have spoken about award scheme.
According to them most award schemes in the the country already have a selected number of musicians they reward while leaving out others.
In an interview with Abieku Santana on Okay FM, Omar Sterling suggested that every musician needs equal opportunities to shine and get rewarded for thier hard work and efforts.
He (Omar Sterling) further added that he wasn’t a supporter of award shows that have favourites they reward instead of the real deserving once.
R2Bees are currently out with a brand new album dubbed ‘Back 2 Basics’ which they’re promoting.
The 15 songs album has features from the likes of Stonebwoy, Wizkid, Efya, Mr Eazi, Darko Vibes, Gyakie, King Promise and Joeboy.
“Eboso” which is a single off the album has become fans favourite with massive rotation on radio and online platforms.
